BOARD-CERTIFIED IN INTERNAL MEDICINE, LIFESTYLE MEDICINE, CERTIFIED MENOPAUSE PRACTITIONER

Founder, Proactive Path Medicine

I created Proactive Path Medicine for patients who want a more thoughtful relationship with their physician, one built on time, trust, and a deeper understanding of their health.

As an internal medicine physician, I look beyond isolated concerns to understand how your history, symptoms, medications, risks, and goals connect.

At Proactive Path Medicine, I focus on evidence-based primary care with an emphasis on prevention. I place high value on real relationships so I can help guide your care with clarity and honesty.

The Story Behind Proactive Path Medicine

After more than a decade in primary care, I've seen how much gets left unsaid in a standard appointment. Patients arrive with real concerns, things they've been thinking about for months, and a 15-minute visit rarely leaves enough room for the kind of conversation that actually matters.

Proactive Path Medicine grew from my belief that medicine works best when it is personal and unhurried. Your doctor should know who you are before you are sick, not just when you are in crisis.

What frustrated me most with the current system was how little room was left for prevention. Not screenings and checkboxes, but the real work of helping patients understand their personal risk and make decisions that change their trajectory.

I was drawn to internal medicine because of its complexity, the way it requires thinking across systems, across time, and across a person’s whole history. At the core of my work is the doctor-patient relationship, and what I value most is reliability, real relationships, and proactive care.
